De week nadien werd een volledig nieuwe installatie geplaatst. Boiler, ketel, brander, leidingen, aandrijving van de warme lucht,... alles werd op 4 werkdagen afgebroken en vernieuwd. Een moeilijke werklocatie bij ons, maar voor de techniekers van Air Filip geen enkel probleem! Deze heeft op een vakkundige manier binnen het uur het euvel opgelost, en ineens ook het onderhoud van onze installatie gedaan. Zeer snelle service om ons uit de nood te helpen. vervolgens snelle en correcte uitvoering van de werken, aan een voor ons correcte prijs. Maandag Air Filip gebeld, diezelfde namiddag is er reeds een mekanieker langsgekomen. Een nieuw exemplaar van de 30 jaar oude pomp vinden was geen makkelijke opdracht , maar ze gingen hun best doen zeiden ze. Vandaag woensdag is de nieuwe pomp reeds geplaatst. Dat is pas service!!! Zowel van het jaarlijkse onderhoud als de snelle dienstverlening bij problemen. 2 weken geleden gaf onze installatie na 31 jaar de geest... 1 uur na ons telefoontje stonden de techniekers al aan onze deur om ons uit te de nood te helpen zodat we alvast terug warm water hadden. De week nadien werd een volledig nieuwe installatie geplaatst. Boiler, ketel, brander, leidingen, aandrijving van de warme lucht,... alles werd op 4 werkdagen afgebroken en vernieuwd. Een moeilijke werklocatie bij ons, maar voor de techniekers van Air Filip geen enkel probleem! Een dikke pluim voor deze 2 mannen.\nDag nadien klein probleempje gemeld en diezelfde dag werd ook dit opgelost door 2 andere, fijne,  techniekers.\nWij zijn super tevreden en zouden deze firma aan Op vrijdag-avond na de normale kantooruren weigerde onze gasketel nog dienst te doen. De telefoondienst van Air-Filip was nog bereikbaar, en nog geen 15 minuten later hadden we iemand van Air-Filip aan de lijn. Op zaterdag-ochtend kregen we nog een telefoon voor bijkomende informatie over onze installatie zodat ze de juiste voorbereidingen konden treffen., De volgende maandag-voormiddag, na een voorafgaande telefonische aanmelding, stond er een vriendelijke technieker aan onze deur. Deze heeft op een vakkundige manier binnen het uur het euvel opgelost, en ineens ook het onderhoud van onze installatie gedaan.
